The Basic (free) plan provides unlimited surveys, with 10 questions and limited responses per survey or form. This plan, which is always free, is ideal for personal and casual surveys and forms with basic creation and analysis capabilities. You also can get a feel for the platform’s capabilities before you commit to a paid plan. You can use the Basic plan for as long as you like.
A response is one respondent's submission of a survey or form, whether they completed the survey or form or only partially completed it.
When building your survey or form on the Basic plan, you can preview some paid features before sharing your survey or form. To keep the paid features, upgrade your account to send your survey or form. If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to remove the paid features before sending your survey or form. Learn more.
Team plans start at a total of three full-access users and, for a fee, allow you to invite more full-access users to your SurveyMonkey team. With a team plan, you can add contributor seats in bundles of two as a cost-effective way to add people to focus solely on analysing survey results.
